Hi! My name is Amanda E. and I am the Owner & CEO of Vacations Paws. As you have already guessed, I LOVE animals! I have had pets since I was born. Snuggled up to my black lab, Hobo. Playing fetch with our yellow Lab, Daisy. Having interesting convos with our cockatiel birds. Hand raising a painted turtle and Iguanas. Raising turkeys and chickens for eggs and meat. Bottle feeding goats and training our LSG dogs. To now having our three companions, Capone, River, & Logan. My passion is working with animals and caring for their needs.
I would love to host your pooch in my home for their next vacation. We love to keep it fun and interesting around here. From one-on-one time for play and walks, to mental stimulation games and outdoor play, we fill your fur babes time with lots of activity!
And as you know with children, animals take a village to care for as well, and I would like to introduce you to ours!

Hello, my name is Hannah! I am 21 years old, born and raised in Sanford! I love our community and their strive to support and help others! I am newly married and was Sanford’s first “Miss Sanford” in 2022! I also have a home bakery/photography business that I have done since high school. I have been pet sitting for a few years now and have enjoyed working with lots of different types of animals and their personalities! I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. I grew up with experience with a variety of large and small animals- I used to have a horse and guinea pigs as well. I’m excited to be apart of the team and am looking forward to working with you and your fur-babies!
Hi, my name is Dawn and I am 57 years old. I am happily married to a wonderful man . I enjoy gardening, raising chickens and keeping our home. For fun, we enjoy traveling camping and spending time exploring the outdoors. I originally started doing this to spend time with my stepdaughter, Amanda, but have come to love these dogs and really enjoy spending time with them. I love getting to know each dog and learning his or her individual personality and needs.
